KC’s Curbside Bistro is the South Shore’s premier comfort food food truck, serving up the classics everyone loves—burgers and fried chicken—made better than you ever expected.

Our mission is simple: feed people who are hungry for really good food.

Our signature chicken tenders have been perfected over the last six years. From our carefully crafted brine to our seasoned breading, every step is designed to create the juiciest, most flavorful tenders around. We only use premium chicken sourced from Kinnealey Meats, one of New England’s premier meat companies. It may cost a little more, but you can absolutely taste the difference.

While our signature Curbside Chicken Tenders have built a loyal following, our smash burgers are just as unforgettable.  Anyone can make a burger, but not everyone can make it the way we do. We believe comfort food should be crave-worthy, high quality, and unforgettable.

And when it comes to fried chicken sandwiches, we love getting creative. Our Kimchi Fried Chicken Sandwich started years ago as a special and quickly became a permanent staple thanks to customer demand.

Chef and owner Kerry brings decades of culinary experience and a passion for great food to every item on the menu. Her background includes working in professional kitchens such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Pentagon City, VA and the historic Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich, MA where she developed the standards and attention to detail that still guides KC’s Curbside Bistro today.  Her philosophy is simple: if she wouldn’t eat it, she won’t serve it. KC’s Curbside Bistro is built on her love for bold flavors, high-quality ingredients, and food that makes people happy.

Everything we can make in-house, we do—including our popular scratch-made dipping sauces like Maple Honey Mustard and the fan-favorite Tender Bender.

Our vision is to become the South Shore community’s preferred food truck for catering, events, and unforgettable comfort food.
